WOMA Wynwood

2887 Northwest 5 Th Avenue, Miami, FL

At WOMA, homes are built to fit a range of lives, from efficient micro-units to spacious three-bedroom residences, each available to buy or to rent. Artists will find something rarer still: duplex ateliers designed for living and working under one roof. Everything turns around a mezzanine plaza that serves as the building's social heart, a place where residents meet and the neighborhood drifts in. Around it sit offices for those who work close to home, and private storage to call your own.
